The room is £240 per week for a single person; the rate for couples is £350 per week.
Rent is payable one month in advance. A deposit of £400 is required before moving in, which is paid back after departure. You will receive a receipt for all transactions.
The notice period is one week, although we appreciate longer if possible.
Stays are between one and three months, although longer periods are considered.
